From furniture to exhibition stand construction
The furniture industry places extreme demands on feed systems and sanding performance. WEBER's KSF and KSL Automatic Sanding Machines are used in production lines and lacquering units and are ideally designed for industrial use. Features that combine to deliver rapid processing times in industrial applications include contactless workpiece detection with WEBER SCAN, high-speed electronics, sanding technology adapted for high-speed use and variable drive power.
WEBER aims its LCS Wide Belt Sanding Machine and its LCE and LCE compact Automatic Sanding Machines specifically at trade professionals. The LCS series is equipped with WEBER sanding technology and the patented ISA Segmented Platen in single and double-belt versions. The LCS series is supplied as a compact automatic cross-sander or purely as a wide belt machine. The special LCE compact version provides fully developed WEBER technology at a particularly attractive price.
WEBER's KSF and KSL high performance models are particularly aimed at panel manufacturers. With operating widths of up to 1600 mm, lines can be configured with 1 to 8 sanding stations. All WEBER sanding and brushing stations can be installed in any sequence required.
Construction of exhibition stands
New materials are increasingly being used in the construction of trade fair exhibition stands. With their fully developed sanding and brushing technologies, WEBER machines are best equipped to deliver perfect surface quality every time – from ultra-smooth to textured.
